DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING
Our Garment Printing team are armed and ready to roll out your apparel needs! Whether you need new workgear for the business, shirts printed for an event over the weekend or starting a new apparel range, we can print your ideas into reality.
Using our powerful GTX printer, DTG printing is a perfect solution to your larger orders and detailed designs. How this works is we pretreat your chosen garments and then they are dried. Your design is then exported, printed using textile inkjet technology directly to your garment and cured, leaving your design looking vibrant and long lasting. This process works best for 100% cotton garments.

ULTRA COLOUR PRINTING
Ultra Colour Prints are an excellent alternative combining the full colour print abilities of a digital print with the durability and detail of screen printing. This is a perfect and faster solution to DTG printing and Screen Printing and with the right care, can last longer than the garment itself. We can achieve fine detail for your print to the exact bright and rich colours you want.
Ultra Colour Prints are adhered to the garment using heat and pressure applied by one of our heat presses in house. It is an amazing and exciting new technique we provide.

DYE SUBLIMATION
Our inhouse Dye Sublimation process is the transferring of sublimation ink onto a polyester based fabric. The desired image is printed onto sublimation paper and pressed onto the fabric using a heat press. It is then diffused into the fibers of the material itself, solidifies and embeds the print image unto the garment and will never lose detail, crack or peel.
It is a cost effective option, but only available on light coloured or hi-vis polyester based garments.
SUBLIMATION
Sublimation allows all over branding and is perfect for a sports uniform, promotional gear, for retail or corporate wear.
These garments are made from majority polyester material to ensure the graphics are permanent and never lose detail or vibrancy and won't crack or peel.
Our in house design team can help with your design and modify as required until you are happy before sending to the manufacturing process.
